and a fellow Astrum Close Supervisor.
Assigned to investigate the murder
of Professor Rumford,
along with Hal.

He may be a playboy who doesn't
take his job too seriously,
but he knows the city inside-out,
and his maverick investigative
methods are tolerated.

Ash is one of the rare people not prejudiced towards variant humans,
and it seems he has been friends
with Hal and Maia
since they were young.
